Flawless Aesthetics Limited is a Government registered private clinic based in Douglas on the Isle of man. Samantha is an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner specialising in age reversal treatments and has attended a large number of training courses over the years to be able to offer you the best treatments possible.
Flawless is a private clinic with no visible signs outside to alert anyone that you are attending treatments, meaning its extremely private and unless you know it’s in the property you would think it’s just a house.
Our clinic is a professional and clinical environment registered to carry out professional aesthetic treatments.
All our consultations are completely FREE OF CHARGE with no obligation to take any treatments, our aim is to offer you complete transparency and we will not give you an unrealistic outcome. We are completely honest with all treatments and will offer the truth about all our services & results letting you know if a treatment will or will not work for you.

Services
Derma Fillers
The type of dermal fillers used in our clinic are made with Hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance that is already found in your skin. It helps keep skin plump and hydrated as it attracts fluid. HA fillers are a soft and gel-like substance and come in 3 different grades depending on the treatment will depend on the grade of filler used. The results will last anything from 3 months to 12 months before the body gradually breaks down the product. Most HA fillers are infused with lidocaine to help minimize discomfort during and after treatment.
- Dermal fillers can be used for a number of treatments the main being:
- Smoothing out lines and wrinkles
- Adding shape and volume to lips
- Adding structure to the face, chin and jaw
- Replace volume in cheeks
- Straighten the nose
We can use fillers in most areas of the face, we always consult before any treatment to understand your needs and the outcome you expect.
RF Micro Needling
Micro needing with RF is a treatment to tighten the skin and help produce collagen, it also helps treat ache and reduces the visibility of stretch mars and scars. RF micro needling is far more superior than regular micro needling giving better results faster.
During the procedure gold plated needles gently penetrate into the skin, this then allows the radio frequency to heat up in the dermal layers of the skin to stimulate the body to produce collagen as well as promotes a healing process that tightens and resurfaces the skin.
Skin Boosters
Skin boosters (in my opinion) are an internal facial. Hyaluronic Acid is injected under the skin and spreads around the area promoting collagen rebuild and hydration, this then gives the skin a glow as well as aiding in the correction of fine lines. Skin boosters work amazingly to improve the tone and texture of the skin.
PDO Threads
There are 2 different types of threads we use in the clinic, mono threads and cog threads
Mono threads are smooth and inserted under the skin to help build collagen, Cog threads are textured and used to produce a lift for face, neck, jaw as well as other areas of the body.
MONO THREADS
PDO Mono threads are a small smooth dissolvable polydioxanone, they are placed just under the skin to provide a tightening by promoting collagen building in the area. These can be used in most areas of the body and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
COG THREADS
Cod threads are inserted under the skin using a canula, The barbs or cogs on the threads anchor themselves in the skin tissue, allowing the threads to lift and reposition sagging or loose skin. The threads provide an immediate lifting effect while stimulating collagen production in the treated area, results will increase over 6 months
Anti-wrinkle treatment
Anti wrinkle injections are used to temporally stop a muscle from moving, by doing this it helps prevent and improve lines and wrinkles they are mainly used on the top half of the face but can also be used to reduce other areas including bunny lines, gummy smile, sad smile and more. This treatment can also be used to treat excessive sweating.
Fat dissolving
We offer a few different fat dissolving injections in our clinic. We will discuss with you the different ones and choose the one that’s right for you. All these treatments work by destroying the fat cell that will then leave the body over a few weeks. Fat dissolving will need multiple treatments and you will need to follow the guidelines to get the best results
Laser hair removal
In our clinic we use single use laser machines, we do this because when a machine offers multiple services they tend to lose power meaning results taking longer.
Our laser hair removal device is a top of the range Diode laser (not IPL). Diode lasers treat a wider range of hair and skin types. All laser treatments will need multiple appointments to remove all the hair as the laser will only kill the hair follicle at a certain stage of growth. Treatments can not be done sooner than a month after the previous treatment and its very important to follow the after care advice.
